Classroom Instruction, SAE and FFA
Prepare for a future in our country's most important industry and take part in one of the largest youth organizations in the world.

Agricultural Education prepares students for successful careers and a lifetime of informed choices in the global agriculture, food, fiber, and natural resources systems.

As of 2016, California Agricultural Education serves more than 83,000 student members in 324 local programs in the state from rural Eureka to urban Hollywood, and everything in between.

Agricultural Education, and it's youth organization FFA, impactsstudents and makes a positive difference in their lives by developing:
  • Premier Leadership,
  • Personal Growth, and
  • Career Success.
By participating in Agricultural Education, young leaders begin to discover their talents, values, and ambitions. Our unique awards and programs provide students the opportunity to receive hands on instruction in the classroom, discover and gain relevant experience in agricultural careers, develop their leadership skills, compete in career development events, travel to new places, and grow personally through conferences and events. Agricultural Education is the most powerful and well balanced educational model available for today's youth.
