State FFA Executive Committee      
The California State FFA Executive committee is comprised of the current state FFA officer team, six regional FFA presidents, and a recently past state FFA officer. The committee is tasked with making decisions on behalf of the California Association FFA membership. The committee meets three times annually.

The California State FFA Advisory committee is comprised of two agriculture teachers from each of the 6 regions in the association. The committee is tasked with providing recommendations and suggestions for the improvement of the California FFA Association's programs. The committee meets three times annually.

State FFA Adult Board of Directors      

The official governing body of the California Association, Future Farmers of America, shall be the State FFA Board of Directors; an adult board. The direction and management of affairs, funds, and property of the corporation shall be vested in the Board of Directors who shall pursue such policies and principles as shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Articles of Incorporation, this Constitution and Bylaws, and the laws of the State of California.

The Board of Directors of the corporation shall consist of twenty-one (21) members.

State Ag Ed Advisory Committee      

In 1981, legislation was passed and signed by the Governor that directed the State Director of Career Technical Education (CTE) to establish and convene an Agricultural Advisory Committee (AAC) representative of the various and diverse areas of the agriculture industry in California (Education Code Section 52453).

The primary role of this committee is to advise, in an ongoing manner, the State Supervisor of Agricultural Education, the State Superintendent of Public Instruction, and the State Board of Education on policy matters pertaining to the state program of agricultural education. The advice of the AAC shall include, but not be limited to, the development of a curriculum and a strategy for the purpose of establishing a source of trained and qualified individuals in agriculture, a strategy for articulating the state program in agricultural education throughout the state school system, and a consumer education outreach strategy regarding the importance of agriculture in California. The State Supervisor of Agricultural Education shall serve as the committee consultant.
