Exhibitor Information      

Please join us at the 90th California FFA State Leadership Conference Career Show, which will be held April 22-24, 2018 at the Anaheim Convention Center. Approximately, 7,000 FFA student leaders and advisors can be expected to observe your display and interact with exhibitors.

Below please find important information below pertaining to exhibitors. It’s important to note, much of the information has changed from past years, so please take the time to read through all materials prior to registering.

You are invited to display your information at the career show in Hall A of the Anaheim Convention Center. Booth spaces are 10x10 and include 4 lunch vouchers (2-Monday & 2-Tuesday). Pending availability, additional booth spaces, lunch vouchers, internet and electricity may be purchased for a nominal fee.

Please be sure to review the Anaheim Exhibitor Specifications and Requirements document found at bottom of this page, or by clicking here. Exhibitors are responsible to ensure all aspects of their display meet the requirements. We are not responsible for any items that are disqualified from the show at check-in, based on not meeting the exhibitor requirements, outlined by the Anaheim Convention Center.

To register for the Career Show please visit (https://www.calaged.org/career-show-reg) between Tuesday, January 16 and Friday, March 9, 2018. Acceptance will be on a first come, first serve basis, and your reply by the March 9 deadline, will guarantee listing in the official conference program. Please note that we cannot permit selling during the exhibition, also stickers and flammable materials including helium-filled balloons are prohibited.

*Please note that if you have specialized electrical needs, please list those needs on the registration form. We will work with you to determine the additional expense.

Career Show Lodging      
Exhibitor lodging is recommended at the host hotel, Hilton Anaheim. The Hilton Anaheim hotel is adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center and steps from the Disneyland Resort. Please click the link below to secure your room with the special California FFA rate.

DISNEY’S CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE PRIVATE EVENT      
We are excited to announce that the California Association FFA has entered an agreement with Disney to provide an exclusive event at Disney’s California Adventure Theme Park. The evenings schedule includes:

5:00PM Guests may begin entering Disney California Adventure Park
9:00PM
Disney California Adventure ends normal operation and closes. Only CA FFA event guests with wristbands will be permitted to stay for exclusive event.

1:00AM Private party concludes.
 
We are excited to extend an invitation to Exhibitors and Special Guests to purchase tickets for this exclusive California Adventure Theme Park experience. Tickets are $86 per person and can be added to your registration. Tickets will not be available for purchase during the State FFA Leadership Conference and must be purchased in advance.
